Tuesday Meditation

Dec 10, 2019  |  Tuesday December 10th at 7pm

Adults

Stressed? Worried? Anxious? Take time for yourself on Tuesday to experience the positive health effects that come from starting a meditation practice. Alicia Tate from aliciatateyoga.com will be leading a meditation circle at the Stettler Public Library. Did you know that communities where people meditate together show increased creativity, flow and well being? How cool is that?
